Mr. Esmat Khalil, the founder of the group in 1987, obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from Ain Shams University in Egypt in 1979 & obtained an associate degree from the Royal Institue of Architecture in England in 1981. He founded the group with his architectural philosophy in Egypt in 1981, then in the United Arab Emirates in 1986 and followed it up in Qatar in 1990.

He also participated in several International architectural offices such as James Cubitt and Partner London and Magadih Strasbourg, France as well as laying the foundation for the advanced international group in France in 1992 in Paris.

Then the participation of the distinguished Italian architect Stefano Boeri Milano, and the combination of these experiences and participation resulted in a group of unique projects in Africa, Asia, Europe and in different countries during which he cooperated with entities many architects and advanced personalities, such as Delta and Mr. El-Baz in Qatar.

During this trip, he won several architectural awards from different countries such as el marina complex competition and abu dhabi airport hotel and blood bank. His works were published in many publications and in different countries. His philosophy contained firm principles.

The first is that beauty is in the consistency of material and colors that express the entity of the place, not in the costs. Secondly, perfection in architecture comes from accuracy and attention to detail.
